Elyria Spring & Stamping was in attendance for the Moen 2013 Global Supplier Conference. Out of 399 vendors invited, only 8 awards were given. Elyria Spring won the award for “Excellence in Delivery” because of their outstanding delivery results.
Between 2011 and 2012, Elyria Spring shipped over 24,000,000 pieces and filled over 2,200 PO line items with 100% on time and 100% fill. This could not have been accomplished without the hard work and dedication of the entire team at Elyria Spring. This award is a testament to their ability to process and deliver large orders on time, every time.
Elyria Spring has been a Moen supplier for over 35 years. This is the first time Elyria has won an award from Moen. On an ongoing basis, Elyria supplies approximately 50 active parts to Moen, shipped to 3 US plants and 1 in China. They ship 12-14 million pieces per year, and fill over 1,000 purchase order items per year. Elyria Spring manufactures the following products for Moen:

Springs: compression/torsion/extension; coiled on mechanical and CNC spring machines

Stampings: clips/washers/brackets/stop tubes; on 4-side and progressive punch press machines

to purchase a new Amada gap
frame press was based largely on
the fact that Amada presses are
sold and serviced exclusively in
North America by The Minster
Machine Company.
